Production takes 2-4 business days. The deadlines below include production and delivery.
Croatia and EU: 5-9 business days · 4,90 € (free for orders over 60 €)
Switzerland: 6-10 business days · 6,90 € · customs may charge import VAT upon receipt
United States and Canada: 5-9 business days · 6,90 € (free for orders over 80 €) · produced in local facilities, no customs fees
Australia: 7-15 business days · 9,90 €
Rest of the world: 10-15 business days · 9,90 €

We'll contact you twice: when your item goes into production and when it ships – with a tracking number.
If your shipment is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, please write to us. We'll resolve it immediately, without fuss.
