Production takes 2–4 business days. The deadlines below include production and delivery.
Croatia and EU: 5–9 business days · 4,90 € (free for orders over 60 €)
Switzerland: 6–10 business days · 6,90 € · customs may charge import VAT upon delivery
United States and Canada: 5–9 business days · 6,90 € (free for orders over 80 €) · produced in local facilities, no customs fees
Australia: 7–15 business days · 9,90 €
Rest of the World: 10–15 business days · 9,90 €

We'll contact you twice: when your item goes into production and when it ships – with a tracking number.
If your shipment is delayed beyond the specified period, please write to us. We resolve issues immediately, without fuss.
